Touristic routes

The most popular route in Sovata is the one surrounding the lakes. Following this route, one can quickly reach the Salt Mountain. Other popular destinations are the tip Cireșelu or Saca Hill. There are also longer routes, for those who like hiking. Below is the list of routes of Gurghiu mountains passing through Sovata resort.

1.       Sovata resort – DN Sovata – Ilieși – Eletos creek – Saca Mare peak

2.      Sovata resort (Hotel Tivoli) – Cireșelul peak – Vapa hill – Saca Mare peak

3.      Eremitu – Becheci peak – Restad teto – Sovata resort

4.      Isopului Valley - Repaș glade - Csencsó - Saca - Stânca Mesei – Lespezilor glade - Cireșului peak - Stâna de Vale – Sovata resort (Hotel Tivoli)

5.      Sacadat village – Isuica valley – Becheci peak

6.      Gurghiului valley – Sirodului valley - Bredițel - Soveții creek - Sovata resort

7.      Sovata resort (Bear lake) - Sebeșului valley – Saca
